How do I start?

Start by simply pressing the browse button or dragging files on to the homepage.

Which files does Feedbag.io support?

We currently support png, jpeg, gif, pdf, psd, ai and maybe some we haven't tested. At this moment we process Photoshop and Illustrator files into png's and delete the source files right away.

How do I get feedback?

You simply share the URL of the bag you've just created with colleagues or clients.

Can I change the order of my uploads?

Yes. You simply drag the thumbnails to their desired order.

Why do you use cookies?

We wanted to make it as accessible as it could be. You should be able to create a bag in a couple of seconds without any hassle. We decided to use cookies to identify you so you can post comments and make changes to your bag if you're the owner of that bag.

But what if I delete my cookies? Will I lose control of my bag?

No you don't. Every time you create a bag an e-mail will be sent out to you with a link to restore the cookie. You can also click this link on another device so you're 'logged in' on that device as well.

How long do you store my bag?

We'll keep your bag online for 21 days. After 21 days you'll get an e-mail with a link to keep it online for a little longer. But if you don't click the link your bag will be deleted a week after you've received that e-mail. So you bag will stay online for at least 28 days.

What will happen with the data?

Not much. We won't spam you or sell you e-mail address or uploads to third parties. You keep ownership of your uploads. We just use your e-mail address to notify you about your bag's status, new comments and important product updates.
